  • The MetroWest Daily News and the Parents Coordinating Council (PCC) co-sponsored a debate on Thursday, November 2, at the Morse Institute Library Community Meeting room from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m.   This debate will air on Natick Cable Channel 9 on Friday 11/3 at 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday 11/6 at 7:00 p.m. and Tuesday, November 7 at 3:00 p.m.
  • The Natick Bulletin will sponsor a debate on Friday, November 3 at 11:00 a.m at the Morse Institute Library.

  • The Natick Education Foundation sponsored a debate at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 25th at the Helm Auditorium at the Leonard Morse Hospital on Union Street.  This debate will air on Natick Cable Channel 9 on Thursday 10/26 at 3:00 p.m. and Friday 10/27 at 7:00 p.m.
  • Natick Clergy and the United Parish of Natick sponsored a forum at Wilson Middle School on October 23 at 7:00 p.m.  This debate will air on Natick Cable Channel 9 on Tuesday 10/24 at 3:00 p.m. and on Wednesday 10/25 at 7:00 p.m.
  • The School Department has been holding regular public information sessions on Wednesday evenings at 7:30 p.m. at the Morse Institute Library, to present and explain issues relating to the override and to answer questions.   Each session will include a focus on a specific issue, and will be covered by local cable (Channel 9 in Natick).   Channel 9 will show each Wednesday's forum on the following Tuesday and Wednesday at 3:00 pm, and the following Thursday at 9:00 p.m.  Exact program times may vary.
    • September 13: Elementary level impact of school overcrowding
    • September 20: Replace or Renovate: The History of the Process to Replace or Renovate   Wilson Middle School - James Connolly, Assistant Superintendent
    • September 27: Middle School Principals’ Perspective - John Hughes, Principal, Kennedy Middle School, and Ruth Evans, Principal, Wilson Middle School
    • October 11: Wilson Middle School - an historical perspective - Dr. Joseph A. Keefe, former Superintendent of Schools
    • October 18: Preschool Parents - Why should I be interested in Middle School Problems?
    • November 1: Everything you Need to Know About Proposition 2½ and Question 9 - Paul Cohen, Deputy Town Administrator
